Hi,

I had zip pay later due amounting 4951 Rs in July 2023 month and was supposed to due on 5th August 2023. Due to some financial reasons, I was unable to pay the dues in August. I asked for time from collection agents and they started harassing my relatives? Who gave you the authority to access someone’s personal data, they should have followed the legal process. How can they access and hack customer’s contact details? They contacted almost 5-6 of my relatives. I have attached the contact numbers screenshot
