Hello Sir,

As per Mobikwik, there is a transaction of INR 25,000 ON October which I haven’t done. It is some ZIP pay balance, a kind of loan which i don’t even know.

I have raised this concern and sent 10s of emails and tweets to their official team. Instead of resolving this issue, they are harassing me and my family. And also severely affected my CIBIL score.

I’m done with their harassment. They are forcing me pay or die. Please take legal action against them.

Dear sir, November month i need money for emergency so i will take loan for mobikwik rs.3000 15 days repayment time. I miss payment date for settlement one person call my all contact no then he is spoil my name then continued to harassment message and calls i am fully upset mind. But i am ready to pay but his interest so high 3000 loan his interst for 2.5 months rs.1568 interst totally he says payment for 4568 the interest is very high please help me.
