Text of Complaint by Jemima Roseline:

I book train tickets in IRCTC on 12/01/2023, I payed my ticket fare from my MobiKwik account. The IRCTC doesn’t receive my money but in MobiKwik it shows that money is debited. I raise many complaints on MobiKwik app but till now they didn’t respond for my complaints and I paid for that money in MobiKwik app. It’s more than a month but till now I didn’t get my money back from MobiKwik app.
