Text of Complaint by Suryapriya Priyadarsini:

I used mobikwik zip balance several time.they have due date of 5th april to return their used money ,i paid on 3rd april but due to their technical isse my balance was not updated but i have all proof and bank statement of deposited money..after 5th april they put penalty charges on me and when i tried to mail them they disabled my account and also refund my money on 8th april.after that i tried to contact them several times through mail,tweet,facebook and customer care number too,but they have no response.And now they increasing penalty charges without any reson and i also receive threatening call from them.
