On 15 october in th evening at 5:14 pm i received an ivr call which said that unauthorised login has been done but i cut the call then after sometime a sms came of fraudulent transaction of rs 24999 and 3850 rs. First of all My zip wallet was not even activated the same day fraudster activated it i will attach the proof.I immediately called them and mailed at fraudalerts@mobikwik.com and also raised cyber complaint. But they only said that they cant do anything about it. They could have charged back because the transaction was done for credit cards bill payment, but they still didn’t do anything. And now they have generated a bill of rs 29700 and increasing it by imposing penalty. They are calling me daily 3-4 times and sending messages to pay otherwise heavy penalty will be imposed.So please kindly help me.
