Company mobikwik charges a over penalty charges . And they are hired a lot of fake people who call me again and again harashed me to pay the amount. And commited to settle the paymemt . But after pay the amount other person called me again and said to pay penalty charges of more than the amount

They have done same with me.First they charged for unknown zip account creation. When I raised compaint in their app they charged me penalty when issue was still open. I kept following issue still they did not resolve. Now my bill is 700 and I have already paid zip account charges. This is fraud account and need to stop.I also need help. Please tell how to take legal action because their customer support doesn’t help.
