I paid my loan in April 2023
But today I watched my CIBIL I see there was a DPD 598 days in May I was shocked how can be possible if I didn’t pay till today if I count days may be 120 days I already paid and they provide details to cibil I didn’t pay my loan from 598 days because of that my CIBIL was impacted to much I tried to contact customer support but they are not resolved my case so please help me out that matter
