I have purchased items worth (1531) using my card in Mar 2022. But Mobikwik deducted money from both card and zip (which is not initiated by me).
Now, mobikwik gave refund on 4th Feb 2023 (approx 1year delay) and charging Rs:8000 including penalities for that 1531 bill which is not at all my usage.
