first of all i have never taken any loan from mobikwik.In swiggy there was an offer that if you use mobikwik for payment, you can get 100rs off like yoou have to pay 234rs for 334rs.So i added 234rs in mobikwik and paid it.after 1month i got message that 450rs fine was imposed.i didnot understand a bit bcoz i never took money from mobikwik.i called customer care so many times, raised so many tickets.Noone responded.It was no where mentioned that if i use mobikwik, i have to pay 99rs.Had i seen it, i would have never used it.Bcoz it doesnt make sense, y would i add the money and pay through it, if there is no offer and waste of time.common sense.Now they kept me in negative.As a result my credit score became very less and noone is giving me loan now.mobikwik has been harassing me from august 2022.This is not right.I even said i will pay 100rs.They said even if i pay 2500 also my credit score will be negative only.What is this without customer knowledge they are charging 99rs charge for using mentioned nowhere and without knowledge they keep on increasing fee.Please file a case on them and make my account free of negative charge and penalty.Bcoz i dont have the money to pay them.I dont even have money to meet my needs.
