On 19th november i added 10000 to mobikwik wallet now i want to transfer money to bank account but now they say kyc not done while adding money its okay without kyc
And more interesting they dont support any kyc method also there listed kyc centres and shops and mobile numbers are fraud not in real means tyey are deceiving people mobikwik should be benned permanently with huge penalty and imprisonment
Even customer support is qorst no one receives call one can send only one message per day and in reply they will write formal answers no solution to problem or action
