I was unable to pay my dues for the very first time in the month of Dec . One day the mobikwik Agent contact no : +91 96743 42682
Called me and asked me to clear my dues asap . I agreed and asked her whether the charges can be waived off or not . She said yes the charges will be waived off after the payment. I was supposed to pay it within 2 days. The next day she called me 2 times in the morning at around 8:00 clock , I didn’t pick the call . Right after that she called my parents and told them that your daughter is not reverting us pay her dues by 2 pm . She threatened my parents on the call also sent messages to my father that your whole family is fraud and abused me too. I paid the dues and after that she stopped picking Up my calls and denied for waive off . Then I filed a complaint against her via mobiwik support panel. Mobiwik then kept reverting that wait for the due date once the bill will be generated get back to us and we ll waive off the charges. They did it for 1 month and never replied during the due period. Then I decided not to pay any bills further until and unless I get my money back. Today without any legal notice and prior follow up and any thing , they sent agent to field visit. I mean who gave them this right. They’ve misused my data , defamed me and threatened me from every way possible. I want legal actions against Mobikwik.
