I took mobikwik zip loan of 6000 or something and my unpaid balance is 2279 and for family problems I didn’t payed that amount for 381days as of now , penalty charges are added now due is around15000.
And today 6/82023 a agent WhatsApp me that I should pay 2279 and extra 1000 then he will waive extrea penalty if not willing to pay he is saying that he will send fraud messages to my contacts .and he sent me my contact numbers .here the mater is i can pay amount now but how my contacts and data is breached
