Respected sir.

My name is Amardeep singh. I have an zip account with mobikwik. I have taken a preapproved loan of 6000 rupees. But after that i have lost my job and i am jobless right now. I am stuggling with my financial duties and i am very much depressed right now. But mobikwik recovery agents or call agents continuosly calling me for payment. I have told them everything but they are threatening me and talking vulgar language to me. They are abusing me. Not only this, THEY HAVE ACCESS TO MY FULL CONTACT LIST AND NOW CALLING MY RELATIVES AND ALL CONTACT LIST NOS. AND THREATENING THEM ALSO FOR PAYMENT.
Is this justifed??
Is the legal way of recovery??
Mobikwik is making my life hell and i am very much depressed by this. They hired goons for recovery. I have told them to settle my account for providing me waiver. After that they sent me an email, and i dont know whether this email is genuine or not. Kindly advice me what action i can take against mobikwik. They are blackmailing me. They hacked my contact list and calling them for payment. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. MOBIKWIK IS TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. THEY MADE MY LIFE HELL. I AM SENDING YOU SOME SCREENSHOTS. KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.
I am helpless. I have full right to live in peace.

I hope you will take this seriosly and help me.
