I use the facility of mobikwik zip, but due to some financial problem I forgot to repay the amount of 1036 and i clear the dues after 2 days and told to their representative to waive off my late fine charges, then he will said ok we will waive off but after clearing my all the dues he made fine on me and adding day by day fine on me and now it’s 2365 after clearing my principal due of 1036.
They are threating me by message and call to we will make legal case for non clearing of your dues.
Please take some care of customer which are very much under financial crunch.
