On Aug 5th I made an loan payment of RS.8965 combined with mobikwik zip balance and Rs.5945 and wallet balance Rs.3020.
The transaction was failed and on the same day itself I raised query regarding the same in mobikwik app….
On aug 6th I received my wallet balance Rs.3020 back but not my zip balance is still pending.
Now they are asking me to pay
with penalty charges…I m getting 3-4 calls daily regarding this issue…
I m explaining all my issues to them , all at once they are hanging up my call..
I spoke with customer care , raised query tickets in mobikwik app , and also in their facebook messenger…but no proper steps taken till now
Almost 75 days over , customer care ppl are telling that I will receive call from higher official within 24 hours …but till now I din get any calls from any higher official.
I want them to waive my amount which I have not used and also my penalty.

I Have made a online payment 1757Rs through mobikwik wallet and that payment was unsccessful .but in my mobikwik wallet statement amount was reflecting after 6 months i have got a call from mobikwik manager for final settelment amount 1500 on the date 8th july 2022. I made a payment 1500 BUT Still iam getting bill and getting calls from collection team voluger language.kindly please take action on this issue and help me sir.
