I bought s23plus from cashify under superb category. I have received the delivery on 10 june 23. I ordered the phone in superb condition. But phone has a big dent on top left side. Also the cable is in damage condition. Attaching the photos for your reference.
I asked them to arrange for pickup and replace the product, because you cannot sell dented/chipped phones under super category.
Now they are asking me daily to wait 24 – 48 hours from last one week. There is no resolution.
