FOR PURCHASE OF TABLET RS.2499 PAID BY ME ON 1ST AUGUST, 2020 MSB 1175 THROUGH ONLINE NETBANKING AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THEM ABOUT THE PAYMENT RECEIVED BY EMAIL. WHEN I SENT EMAIL FOR CURRENT STATUS ON 8TH AUG. 2020 NO REPLY. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AVAILABLE THROUGH GOOGLE SEARCH RAHUL KUMAR KOLKATA CELL 9083660097 AND RAVIKUMAR 8918877015 BOTH OF THEM INSISTED TO GIVE MY GOOGLE PAY, PHONE PAY NUMBERS AND DEBIT CARD DETAILS WITH CVV FOR IMMEDIATE REFUND. BUT I REFUSED AND ASK THEM TO REFUND BY MY SAME MODE WHICH I MADE PAYMENT TO THEM WHICH THEY TOLD IS NOT POSSIBLE. THEY ARE ASKING ME TO COME ON ANYDESK TO ACCESS MY BANK DETAILS.
