Text of Complaint by Monsur Ali Molla:

Have encounter many companies about Network problem. But till date is was not resolved.
Still facing coll drop, no response Congesion problem.
Previously requesting many times to active my IVR so that ai cal call customer care from my own number.
If Airtel not able to resolve my issues that should inform me. So that I can change my service providers.
