Sirs,
I paid in cash full amount of Rs 2399 as recharge for one full year at Airtel pay store opposite Best Bus Stand , Goregaon East Mumbai around end of February 2020. I received immediate notification for having made payment.
I am surprised that the amount appearing in my account is Rs 399 on date 29th February 2020 and the amount of Rs 2000 has vanished. I am baffled as to how this can happen in a company like Airtel.
I have realised this only when In April suddenly I started receiving notifications after notification informing that I should recharge my account and otherwise the outgoing service to stop from 25th April 2020. And really the service has been stopped and today I am informed that Incoming will also stop today on 1st May 20.
On 25 the April 20 I made complaint at your Customer Care and it was followed by Reminder on 28th April. On both occasions there was immediate machine reply that the complaint is receiving attention. Since there was no result , on 30th April I approached your 121 Team on e mail and they asked me to prove validation etc and promptly aske me file complaint on App. I realised that it is very difficult for me to lodge complaint there. Therefore I am approaching your Greivances desk to help.
I request you to investigate the matter and give full benefit of my my recharge of Rs 2399 and do not , pl do not stop the service. A customer should not have to go from pillar to post like this for no fault of her. To restore my faith in Aitel this is must.
