I went to one of your retailer point namely highway communication bari brahmana,jammu with lapu number 9622297162 for mnp of my no.9086672901…the authorized person did the task but took 150 as charges..but when i said that charges for mnp is 10 or 20…then he started shouting and started to talk in abusive manner…it hurted me alot because i m coming from idea which is giving me best services but still i choose airtel..but see this is my first experience ..aise appke retailer karenge to kaise banega airtel fir se no 1…my personal no is 9906369263
