Good morning

My self Rinki chauhan. I have issue regarding MNP and Recharge issue.

i have ported my sim that is 7838188565 from Vi to Airtel and at that time the airtel agent had give a offer that you will recieve free recharge for 56 days amount 399/- but after successful porting still my Airtel sim not recaharged.

Please raise my complaints against this.
