Hi There,
I am subscriber got port form Idea to Airtel, my # is 89034 77540. I applied for PORT request on 22-11-18. I canceled PORT request in airtel showroom( Chennai – Tambaram Branch) on 29-11-18 since i didn’t get any response from Airtel about porting of network.
I recharged my Idea number for Rs.398 as a 3 moths pack on 29-11. Finally on 08-12 my idea network got blocked and airtel network was in use. I never got an confirmation or acknowledgment of PORT request form Airtel.
Now i wanted airtel to reimburse my loss since this porting has happen without my knowledge even after canceling my port request. At any cause i am not ready to here any apologies on reimbursement.
I am wandering how come a Biggest Telecom company like Airtel do such things???
