i had applied for mobile number portability on 9th march 2021 due to the pathetic services by vodafone idea .Since then their customer care executives kept calling and pressurizing me to cancel the porting request .One guy pretended & said me to type cancel port for speeding up the process which i did & later realized that i was fooled by them.I again raised porting request & also raised complaint in customer care of Vodafone , but it didn’t helped , started receiving calls from their customer care repeatedly & they started threatening me that i cannot port before 90 days . I had to block all their customer executives numbers as it was getting unbearable . This is one company which should leave the business , rather than focusing on improving services they have stooped so low that they have started playing tricks to retain customers .
