MMT Refunded amount in wallet rather than bank for the international flight booking cancellation

Text of Complaint by Kumod Kumar Jain:

Hi MMT Team,

This is regarding the two flight ticket done through MMT. Details below. MMT team cancelled the ticket and initiated the refund.

We have received the one payment which was done through credit card.

However, the second ticket refund IN1B1580624198522 is not yet received in our bank but we can see the same amount is transferred ro mmt wallet.

However, the mmt login says that the amount is refunded to State bank account. I am also attaching the screenshots of the trip cancellation and mmt wallet.

Please move the amount to the bank as early as u can, as this is needed for our daily
