This is with regards to the my Goa Trip starting 28th April to 2nd May 2021, booking ID – NL2102802503258. Holiday Card attached.

This is getting more complicated now as the situation is alarming and the way MMT is behaving is inhuman now.

 

  1. We have shared all the details of the Cancellation of the flights both to and fro
  2. Refund also has been processed as confirmed by the Flight Authorities.
  3. Govt has restricted all operations in Goa, applied night curfew, Restricted most of the places and Goa is declared as one of the most affected states in the country.
  4. We have spoken with the hotel authorities also and they have confirmed that they can block the money and can allow us future stay basis the situation as and when it settles down.

 

How can MMT push us so much for taking an alternative flight and go for this trip to Goa.

Above that you are asking stagger dates from us. How can we give that as of now when the situation is uncertain for everyone.

 

The entire situation is under massive panic, even the govt is also applying red alerts to many places.

People are dying and struggling to save their families.

 

How can you people be so inhuman and treat your customers like this.

 

Help me connect with someone Very senior if you all are unable to understand this critical situation and just willing to save the money already there in your kitty.

Else I shall have to take some legal steps against all the officials involved as by force you cannot push me to travel when the Govt even is asking people to stay back at home and avoid travelling.

  • Departure Flight (Delhi to Goa) – AIR ASIA I5779 – has been cancelled by the airlines itself. So the entire refund is to be considered – (Booking no. S5HL9D – Rs 8358)
  • Return Flight (Goa to Delhi) – AIR ASIA | I5-774 – Eventually also has to be cancelled and cost has to be refunded – (Booking no. HTYDNL – Rs 7698)
  • Hotel Grand Vatika – Booked for 3N – To be considered on hold till we reschedule / replan the trip (Hotel Ref ID – NL4317264713674)

Package Total Paid – Rs 26810

My detailed conversations with the Airlines & Hotel :

Air Asia : The departure flight from Delhi-Goa on 28th April stands cancelled from the Airlines itself for which they would refund the entire amount to you. The entire amount must be refunded back to us. This is not informed to us yet by MMT for your kind information.

Since the departure flight stands cancelled from the Airlines the Arrival flight from Goa-Delhi stands cancelled as well, the refund of which will also be sent to you. The entire amount therefore must be refunded back to us. The conversation ID has also been generated for the same.

All amounts need to be refunded including taxes without any deductions.

Grand Vatika Resort : I have spoken to Mr.Sashi personally (the owner of the resort). He has confirmed that I can have stagger dates which you will share with him & keep the amount reserved without any penalties. You need to let me know if you as MMT will keep this amount blocked for us. How much it is, please confirm.

We dont intent to cancel the trip just like that.

This is very critical. Why do you people can’t take some sensible step and consider this as an exception and support us.
