MMT is not processing refund of cancelled flight during corona virus situation.
All customer service phone lines are closed for refund inquiry. Phone lines are only available for new bookings.
I have wrote big mail to their CEO Mr. Deep Kalra. But I think he also not bothering about his business and customer. No reply to phone, e-mail.
I am sharing screenshot of their status update.
Such ridiculous behaviour of MMT. Please help.
