Text of Complaint by Subhechha Mitra:

I had ordered for a blouse with a seller on Facebook. Shiprocket messaged me saying they have picked up my order from Priya Ghosh (the person I had paid to) but the order I received was from Ankita Dutta. A wrong product (old used shirt) was delivered to me and now the seller is not being able to retrieve who my order went to and Shiprocket is not assisting saying seller has the information. The seller is not paying back my money as well.
