I purchased mivi collar earphones back in may 26 2021 i have 1 year warranty so when its volume button was not working i asked for replacement on may 26 they told they will get back to me but even after 2 months nothing after that i call every month they just say that they will respond in a month but they do nothing 6 months have passed now still they are not responding
