I’m rutvik my mivi earphone’s are not working properly so i email company to claim of it’s 1 year warranty of the product. From last one month i’m trying to reach company through email and calls but they not answered me properly and three times they convince me that they’ll do pick up in 48 hours but they not arranging pick up from last 20 days. My 1 hour of time daily spend in making phone calls and mails etc but unable to done this stuff. Please help me to sort out this issue
