Text of Complaint by Jyoti Katiyar:

I had purchased mivi wireless bluetooth neckband from amazon. And after 4 months of the purchase my product gets damaged which is not a problem since it was on warranty period.
I wrote them e-mail telling them the problem, they revert back and ask me to hand it over to their pick-up agent.
Ever since my product is picked up by agent, they haven’t revert nor they are sending my product or repaired product back.
what a poor and fraudulent service.
if they are not responding soon, I’m clearly going to consumer court.
