Services are so poor it has been about 45 days since there are processing our repair order of a headset that’s within warranty period and no communication is there for users. The mic was having issues so we raised a ticket and they repaired and send it after 20 25 days but when we checked on the repairs the left ear bud was not working so complaint again and they promised a replacement but again no there is no communication and they are repairing the same piece. We demand a replacement for the piece of product. And a compensation for such a delay in completing warranty.
