I buy mivi earbuds(Mivi DuoPods F30) from Flipkart on 29 July.Comes with one year warranty. After using it for a few days, there is a problem with the microphone in the earbuds. After emailing Mivi’s support team, they told me that they would pick up the product and fix problem then deliver it to me. 2th September they received my earbuds with full packing accessories .After a long time, Since then I have called and mailed them many times but they have not given any reply. After some tweeting at last. The product was delivered today(25 September).
However, no sound can be heard on the right earbuds.
I had problems with the microphone on previous earbuds. After so long(25 days), no sound can be heard in the right earbud that was given.
I emailed them today about the product issue. They have not given any reply yet.Thus I am subjected to harassment.
