hi I am Vishal bondgulwar from Pune I have purchased 55″ mi tv hd 4k in July 2018 order invoice no. sa1181107682803552. Within just 4 months we started facing issue related to display. After so many complaint calls and vdo a service engineer visited named venkatesh in November and recently complaint again with no. M2087226 and saw the issue and assured us of replacement of new tv.Since then we are waiting for the same as now the display is totally gone and we can’t see any picture. Requesting the team to see the matter seriously and resolve it asap.
