due to attampt fraud case I locked my a/c on 16 Jan’20 till date we submitted document to my local branch for several times & also visited to customer reletionship manager….but he found that the signature in MITCE form is others….How it’s possible that all document is mine (Arindam Patra) bur sign in form is of the person who collected document from me & who is the representative linking with Kotak Bank….So from Jan to till date I suffer for transction It showing debit frzee..
