Some one is misusing my email address in Amazon portal. I raised the request last one year, but amazon not taking any action for that. He is using my email id to Amazon Pay and all. I need proper action to him, but amazon is ready to help me. I already created so many complaints, but I didn’t get any proper response in Amazon side. I try to reset password and deactivate the account in that email id, but otp is received in my email id, but mobile notification send to fraudelent guy number. I already requested to deactivate the account, but amazon side no response. They are advised create a new gmail account, but its my personal account.
