Opted one fiber broadband connection with Airtel. Since certain promises were not met. I have asked them to cancel my request and refund amount paid as advance rental. But instead of cancellation they have added one more request against by name without my consent. Sent mail to Airtel, nodal officer and appellate officer and MD to investigate and give me details. None them seems to have answers to my questions and none of my mails
