Sir,
Am the rightful owner of the brand and mark “Shreeji”. We deal in Saffron /Kesar exclusively in India.
We were surprised to know that some dealer namely “Satadhar Sales” has been misusing my products and selling it on your reputed site/application without my permission and/or authority. This is harming the goodwill of our brand “Shreeji”.
We were under an impression that you check the documents of the sellers before authorising them to sell products but it doesn’t seem in our case.
It is our humble request to stop the seller “Satadhar Sales” @ 23 Harekrishna Society, Near Puna Lake, besides patel samajwadi, Surat, Gujarat 395010, to stop the selling of your deemed products or we shall be forced to take legal necessary action against you.
Herewith attaching the seller details through your site/application with our reputed name.
