I have been staying on and off every Saturday for nearly 3 to 4 years in OYO 473 comfort 2(malaysia) but now the so called supervisor named kami I has barred me from staying in the hotel just because I complaint on the untidiness of the hotel in agoda website which I use to book with. Who the hell she think she is to bar ppl who pay their own money to stay. She told the staff to not let me. Does this hotel belongs to her??? Is this nt a democratic country where we are free to voice out? I need answer on this and I want this email to reach the CEO. This is totally an abuse of power. I hv tried to reach the manager bt to no avail.
