I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the unauthorized approval of a loan in my name through your app/platform. I have never applied for any loan, yet a loan was approved using my personal details without my consent.
This loan was sanctioned without any application or permission from me, and now I am being asked to repay an amount I never borrowed. This is not only unethical but also a serious legal violation. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that your app has accessed all the contact details from my phone without my permission, which is a gross violation of my privacy.
I request you to:
1. Immediately cancel the loan that was fraudulently approved in my name.
2. Stop any repayment notifications or recovery attempts against me.
3. Remove and permanently delete all my personal and contact information from your database.
4. Provide a written confirmation that no dues are pending in my name.
5. Investigate how this breach happened and take strict action against the responsible individuals.
