Text of Complaint by Wandalyn Simpson-JeanLouis:

I towed my vehicle to have my key fob programmed and find out that the key was not programmed. So I took it to another dealer and they said they had not programmed it. So I called CS for Mercedes-Benz and they towed my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. Troy tried to extort me for 236.00 then 499.00 when I refused they decided to ignore my calls and no answer for weeks then decided without my knowledge to have my vehicle impounded. Right now my van is somewhere and I have not heard from anyone as to why my vehicle was impounded. The service manager and referral manager as well as the executive referral manager all lied to me and never gave me a reason for impounded my van. I need my van and I need to be compensated for the loss of wages for 8 mos because I’ve waited for a new key fob and then the mishandling of my van. I’m feel I was mistreated because I’m a woman of African descent. I don’t feel this would not have happened if I was of another race.
