Hello Team
My Using my pan card different person is done with full kyc and using it at AMAZON PAY and I contacted amazon customer service they are saying they can’t remove my pan from that phanindra account as it is fully kyc completed, but i haven’t done the kyc without my intervention some other person did it and Amazon pay accepted it.
And now they are saying they can’t do anything.
But finally it will impact me as if he(phanindra ch) is using my pan card doing bank transaction from Amazon pay.
Amazon customer service team only said that phanindra ch did kyc with my pan card , how his photo my photo will match as it will also for photo to be captured while doing kyc, hence please help me out.
