I did not order for the jio mobile number 7307738788. I am not in India. I am in Germany now. I do not know how this order went through. I got this mysterious SMS in my airtel mobile number to activate the JIO SIM card which I did not order. When I complained about this to JIO customer care, they sent me a reply to send me the screenshot of my “My Jio” profile page. Since I do not have a JIO SIM card, I can not see the “My Jio” profile page. I sent the receipt which I could download from the link in the SMS. The name and address mentioned in the receipt is not mine. But the mobile is mine. This is a fraud. I do not know how reliance digital could simply allow anyone to use anyone’s mobile number to order. I see this act of Reliance Digital Jio staff as careless and irresponsible.
