Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the loan I have taken through the Fibe app (Account No. 1434961708). Recently, I faced a delay in making my EMI payment due to a medical emergency. I fully understand the importance of timely repayments and have made the necessary payments despite the delay. However, I have been informed that Fibe has been contacting my personal contacts and subjecting them to harassment over this delay.
The collection team has been calling and threatening my relatives regarding the outstanding loan amount of 36,000 INR, including a penalty of over 2,000 INR for a single month’s delay. This behavior is unacceptable, and I request that you immediately cease contacting my personal contacts.
I acknowledge the delay in payment and the resulting penalty, but I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally. I kindly ask for your cooperation in resolving this matter amicably and in a manner that respects my privacy and the privacy of my contacts.
I would appreciate it if all future communication regarding this loan is made directly with me, either through email or through the app, and that no further harassment occurs.
