Dear team,
I have taken airtel broadband connection last year with 6 month advance rental. After 2 days of connection I have toe leave my workstation due to pendamic. I have raised a request for safe custody to customer care but as per them it was activated. But as today when I am back to my station airtel has billed me 2333 rs to pay asap.
I have requested for waiver as I didn’t used penny of data since last 1 year. Now I am back please start billing from this month but ignored.
My question is airtel is a brand. There are millions of customers who are using airtel subscriptions among them I am also 1 of them. There should be a system which can check how much data consumed per day . If customer is not using any data for more than 1 week . There should be a call to customer if customer is willing to continue the service or put into safe custody. This will safe lots of money for customers. As I ahave been targeted today to pay for what I have not used any penny of data.
Kindly help in resolving this issue.
