Hi there,
I took a new jio fiber connection with fixed dial number 8035857611.
The day or my purchase i was reached by a sales agent from jio explaining offers from which i chose 1499 plan where i insisted about netflix and he told netflix is premium concretely.
After installation netflix turned out to be standard and then i asked him and he told his manager told him the same wrong information. I told i will escalate this issue to which i was assured they will fix from backend which they did.
But now i am getting premium netflix charges deducted from my account and its appearing on bill too.
My office told they will not reimburse for netflix and all and so i am really confused and deceived here.
I want to proceed with mistrust charges as i have all recordings of proof.
