Subject: Complaint Regarding Misbehavior by Delivery Agent – Order AWB #24800817887854

Dear Team PhysicsWallah / Delhivery,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of your delivery agent, Mr. Ajay Kumar (Mobile No: 6201561027), who was assigned to deliver my prepaid order for the book “UGC-NET – 11 Years PYQ – Commerce” under the AWB tracking number 24800817887854, expected to be delivered today at my address in Patna, Bihar – 800007.

Today, at around 3:57 PM, Mr. Ajay Kumar called me for the first time without any prior call or message earlier in the day. I answered promptly and requested him to wait just 7 minutes while my brother would come to collect the parcel, as I was momentarily unavailable.

To my surprise and disappointment, the delivery agent refused to wait and abruptly stated he was heading to Chaudhary Tola, Pani Tanki, without completing the delivery. Furthermore, he has since blocked my phone number and is also not responding to calls from my brother’s number. This conduct is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I respectfully request that immediate action be taken regarding the following:

Reschedule my delivery as soon as possible, preferably today.

Investigate the behavior of the delivery agent and take necessary disciplinary action.

Ensure such unprofessional conduct is avoided in future deliveries.

This incident has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I trust your team will handle the matter with urgency and seriousness.
