Dear Sir,
My mobile number 9841657359 validity expires on February 27th but Unfortunately I recharged my mobile number 9841657359 yesterday night. Which I am loosing my benefits of my previous package.
I am expecting or it is supposed to take effect only after completion of my previous package validity since my previous package is valid till Feb 27.
So I called customer care executive around today 5.45 PM IST they told me the same that the new package will take effect only after the old package validity ends, but when I called 198 and checked for validity it is saying my validity ends July and it is supposed to end at August 14 2019 based on my previous validity.
Previous validity ends by Feb 27 2019
New pack validity is 168 days so summing up both the actual validity is supposed to end on Aug 14 2019.
This seems it is completely eating my money and innocence request you to take necessary action and extend my validity.
