Dear Sir,
By mistakenly recharge done on the cancelled subscriber ID (13621 61851) which is we used previously and new ID is 13649 15270. The amount of Rs 4704/-. through American express card. Continuously follow up with Tata sky customer care but they refuse to refund this amount. Its very wrong thing. If it is cancelled account then why tata sky website allow for recharge this number ? I want my money back. Its not a good behavior and policy of tata sky. They are enjoying the free money. TATA SKY is very unprofessional service provider. even they not ready to connect the phone to their seniors. all are uneducated employees in the TATA sky.
