I have raised a support ticket on cult app and sent an email as well. Waited for 48 hours and there is not reply further after acknowledgement. In the acknowledgement they have mentioned that they will revert back in 24 hours but ever after 48 hours and multiple followups , i have not got an reply from them but tickets are getting closed. App does not working and raised a request and the same request is closed
