I am writing to inform you that I recently made a recharge on my Jio number, but the plan has not been activated yet, even though the payment was successful.

Below are the details of the transaction:

Jio Number: 9911849750

Recharge Amount: ₹299

Date and Time of Recharge: 03/08/2025, 1:12 pm

Transaction ID / Reference Number: 558166980026

Recharge Platform Used: Google Pay

Payment Mode: UPI

Bank Name (if applicable): Bank of Baroda

I kindly request you to verify the transaction and either apply the recharge to my number or initiate a refund at the earliest.
